Great workers and was neat while they were working and done a great clean up.
The three servicemen showed up at our home to install to complete systems for our duplex, they were here on the job 15 minutes ahead of the appointment time. The were ready to go to work and done just that. They were very neat and done just exactly what they were to do. They also clean up and vacuumed some of the floor that was needing it. They worked together well with each other and had respect for the others option as to what was needed to complete the job.

Replacing indoor TXV, due to freezing up. Pumped refrigerant back into convincing unit, removing old TXV and revolted on new TXV. Pressure tested and evacuated lines pull down below 500 µm, and stay below 500 µm release refrigerant back into system. Tested system assuring system is operating correctly and TXV is metering, correct.

Weekend service, thermostat blank. Found the low-voltage 3M fuse was popped. Installed resettable fuse popper in its place to test wiring. Found when signal was sent to outdoor unit popper would pop. But would only do this intermittently was able to rewire everything back to normal and left resettable fuse installed so if it happened again, customer could just reset themselves. Need to look into new outdoor defrost control board. System is cooling as of now.

Weekend service, customer state system is not keeping up. Came out to see that the indoor TXV was ice over. Resetting power and clearing codes and allowing the system to run in heating allowing indoor pool to thaw. Then running an AC checking pressures seeing that TXB is now operating but will eventually close back down. TXB is needed ordered and need to come back to install later.

No cooling call, found breaker tripped to outdoor unit. Reset and immediately tripped again left breaker off and proceeded to test continuity on compressor. Found compressor was shorted to ground. Quoted new compressor and all new equipment.
