After our outdoor unit was damaged by a recent tornado, we were ghosted by several other HVAC service companies—even ones who came to the house and inspected our unit. All Seasons was a breath of fresh air: friendly, professional, punctual and flexible. The office staff and technicians all made us feel as though our business was not only welcome, but a priority (not to mention that the work done was reasonably priced and done well). We didn’t have to wait several weeks for an appointment, either—both of our requests were scheduled within a day or two, and my most recent call received same-day attention. Highly recommend! Found reversing valve wires tied together with 24vac wire, constantly demanding reversing valve to energize for cooling. System was fighting itself to keep up inside, running electric heat with the AC at the same time. Fixed wiring issue. Tested system. No other issues found under testing.
