Found thermostat batteries needing replaced and also found draft induce motor pressure port plugged with debris causing pressure switch to not be able to close. pulled and cleaned induce port and put back together. tested system and system is now operating properly.

complaint of a.c freezing up. son in laws house. found system low on charge with leak in air handler coil. also found weak run capicitor for condenser fan motor. replaced capicitor with new and charged system. unit needs repair coil. system is operating properly at this time.

complaint of a.c not cooling. found system slightly low on r22. added 1 pound of r22 to get design superheat and checked all system components. system is now operating properly.

Heating tune up on two systems. 1 gas furnace and 1 heat pump. found heat pump low on charge. went over replacement options due to the age of system repairs aren't warranted.
