Doing a tune up on a 3 ton 2000 model trane heat pump
Bidding a mini split system
Working on a Goodman heat pump that is not cooling properly.
Customer needed charge topped off before summer. Is planning on replacing or repairing unit this fall. Added 2 pounds of R22. System now operating properly at this time.
Complaint of no a.c. Diagnosis- Found outdoor control locked out on low pressure. Solution- went over planned maintenance with homeowner and went ahead got everything nice and clean. System running great at this time.
A.c tune up on two goodman a.c
Complaint of no a.c Diagnosis- Found animal to have chewed through thermostat wiring causing low voltage short and no a.c. Solution- Replaced thermostat wire, 5amp fuse, and thermostat batteries. Tested system and is now showing normal operation.
Came out for system not cooling found that the system had no high voltage power out side traced the problem to the breaker box where I found that the wire wasn't hooked up.looked in the panel and found that there wasn't any room for another breaker,so I recommend that customer get an electric to come and resolve the problem. While I was here the customer asked that I check their second system. So I did an ac tune up on it and found that it was working properly.
Came out for an ac tune up and found that the unit was low on refrigerant. Added 4 lbs of 410a. To get the system operating properly. Looked for the leak and found that the Evaporator Coil was leaking so gave the customer a price to replace 5he Coil.
Came out to do ac tune up on a lennox deal fuel system. Found that the filter was really dirty but other than that the system was operating properly.
Troubleshooting a noise complaint on a Lennox heat pump system.
Installing two Lennox heat pump systems, replacing two old HVAC systems. Changing thermostats to Sensi smart SIDI touch screen thermostats. Modifying duct work to accommodate new equipment. Running new drain lines. Setting factory recommended refrigerant charges on both systems. And testing all new equipment operation.

Testing and inspecting wiring and electrical components. Checking system refrigerant charges. Cleaning condensate drain lines. Testing thermostat operations. And checking overall system performance.
Pma ac tune up on carrier ac unit no issues found all working good at this time
Planned maintenance agreement cooling tune up.checked the system out and found it looking low on refrigerant but with cooler Temps inside and out side it was tuff to tell if it was low so we are going to have to come back on a warmer day to check the charge again.
