Complaint of trane package unit heat pump system with blank thermostat. Diagnosis- Found low voltage short on wiring harness going to pressure switches. Solutions- Replaced 3amp fuse and reinsulated wires. Tested system and showing normal operation at this time.

Informed customer it would run pretty consistently with current weather conditions. Also went over defrost operation with them.
