First, disconnected and locked out all electrical power sources to the unit per safety protocols. Removed the existing blower assembly and refrigerant line connections. Installed new Energy Kinetics EKX2.0 variable ECM blower along with matched air coil components. Properly dressed new refrigerant lines and re-established all electrical wiring connections to the control board. Conducted a full system evacuation using a Fieldpiece MR57 recovery machine, pulling deep vacuum and verifying no leaks present. Recharged with factory-specified amount of R-410A refrigerant and ensured proper airflow across coil at varying fan speeds. Geothermal unit is now operating efficiently with the upgraded variable blower.
