Aubrey correctly and quickly diagnosed a broken fan motor in the outdoor compressor unit. He called for parts, which were in the warehouse. A second technician was dispatched to bring parts and assist with repair. In the meantime, Aubrey worked on annual preventive maintenance. Good, productive, professional team!

Found wires to reversing valve have been shooting in half not energizing reversing valve corrected. Minor wire repair adding brand new wire adapter spades. Tested system system is cooling.
